It’s super cool. Site friend and versatile rockstar Richard Lindsay transformed my Universal Syrup Calculator in an easy to use tool Web applicationso those of you who aren’t very comfortable with spreadsheets (and I don’t blame you) have a much simpler solution.
Just plug two numbers into Richard’s app and it spits out all the info you need to turn any juice into a 1:1 or 2:1 compound syrup. I’ve used it a lot at work over the last month and I love it.
