Hyatt Hotels Corp. recently launched “A Taste of Thompson” dinners. These events offer guests, locals and members the opportunity to personally host and host dynamic dinners at Hotels in Thompson worldwide. Thirteen Thompson hotels and restaurants across the United States, Mexico and Europe are participating with deals available from August through the end of 2023.
From exclusive menus and festive decor to carefully curated music and interactive entertainment, guests can leverage the expertise of each property’s culinary, mixology and event specialists to design every detail for a lively and memorable gathering for six to 20 guests. Dinners take place in intimate spaces spread across Thompson Hotels’ iconic rooftops, private dining and event spaces, and specialty suites, connecting diners and their guests with the authentic culinary culture of the 13 destinations in which the Participating establishments are located via locally inspired touchpoints.
Each hotel allows guests to personalize their event with themed and custom-designed menu options. These include a flamenco-inspired gastronomic trip to Thompson Madrid with bespoke add-ons like a personal photographer to capture the evening and the chance to ‘take the elevator home’ with a special room option for the evening ; an Asian-Pacific Northwest fusion menu with a whole tomahawk steak to share at Thompson Seattle; and a “La Parota” or “Dining in Nature” at Thompson Zihuatanejo, featuring a menu that takes guests on a culinary adventure across Latin America.
