Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club Challenge this month! Entry is simple and one lucky winner will receive a prize. Find all the details below.
Our Cooking Club is a fun way to celebrate the Love & Lemons reading community. The concept is super simple: every month, I choose a recipe. You succeed, and you Email me a photo. At the end of the month, I randomly select a winner who will receive a prize.
I love the sense of community that comes from having so many people making a recipe each month. Today we are launching our September challenge with our baked oatmeal recipe, and I hope you will join in the fun. Here’s how it works:

The prize: a $200 Whole Foods gift card!
At the end of the month I will randomly select a winner and post all the photos. This time we offer a $200 Whole Foods Gift Card.
This month’s recipe is my cooked oatmeal, which is hands down my favorite way to eat oats for breakfast! I think you will love it too. Here’s why:
- It is ideal for preparing meals. Bake it on the weekends and store it in the fridge for quick breakfasts all week long.
- It’s full of healthy ingredients. We’re talking whole oatmeal, almond butter, pecans, blueberries, bananas and more.
- It’s vegan and gluten-free. No modification necessary!
- And it is SO delicious. It’s lightly sweet, warmly spicy, and bursting with bright, juicy berries. And unlike the average oatmeal bowl, it has a wonderful mix of textures. The top gets crispy in the oven, while the middle stays soft and creamy.
This recipe is also a great way to show off your late season blueberries (in a pinch, frozen blueberries work too!). Appreciate!

- Glenys shared that her family kept saying how delicious it was.
- And Carrie commented, “This is BY FAR my favorite way to eat summer corn!!! »
Carrie, I couldn’t agree more! I’m so glad everyone liked the recipe. Here are all your photos:
