Creator Sergio Hudson has been a fan favorite among many celebrities this year, and the latest celebrity to strut the stage in his designs is none other than Fantasia Barrino And Sha’carri Richardson who were both spied on in his fluorescent yellow $1,177 Short framed jacket.
THE trendy jacket which is 100% wool, features a fitted silhouette accented by contrast buttons on the front and sleeves.
Richardson, nicknamed the world’s fastest woman, received her flowers on Nov. 10 when Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson declared the day “Sha’Carri Richardson Day.”
On the catwalk, wearing matching neon Sergio Hudson ensemble with black strappy sandals, she expressed: “It’s come full circle and this moment is exactly that,” Richardson said. “Being able to be here, in my hometown, where I started my career, is indescribable.»
In addition to the Dallas native declaring Nov. 10 as her day, she also had the John Kincaide Stadium athletic field next to the David W. Carter High School she attended named after her.
Young Dallas kids who aspire to be like Richardson gathered around her to celebrate all of her triumphs that they, too, hope to achieve one day.
Richardson wasn’t the only one slaying in the Sergio Hudson cropped jacket, as singer Fantasia Barrino, 39, stunned while in London to promote the film “Color Purple”.
Barrino, who will play the lead role of ‘Celie,‘ in the iconic film that should released December 25, 2023was spotted leaving a jazzy British hotel in a black bodycon midi dress that she layered with her neon Sergio Hudson cropped jacket.
As for her accessories, she opted for a matching neon belt, modern black frames and yellow Le Silla pointy pumps, styled by Daniel Hawkins which really tied her ensemble together.
