The Familia Torres Advisory Board has agreed to begin a generational transition process in which the current CEO, Miquel Torres Maczassek, will be named president of the company.
In preparation for this position, Torres Maczassek will, for a minimum period of one year, complete various training courses and analyze projects and companies that can add value to the company’s governance function.
During this transition process, he will continue to be a member of the advisory board and it has been agreed to launch the selection process for the appointment of a new CEO.
During this time, executive management functions will remain in the hands of Miguel A. Torres, current Executive Chairman, with the support of the current management team.
