The 44th The Big 5 Global edition, supported by the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, will bring together global construction leaders, industry professionals, regulators and innovators from December 4-7, 2023, at the World Trade Center in Dubai. Together, they will provide a holistic perspective on steering the construction industry towards a sustainable future.

At the summit, Dr Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, former Minister of Climate Change and Environment of the UAE, will present key strategies for a sustainable construction future. Other high-level speakers include His Excellency Dr Ali Al Jassim, Chairman of the Emirates Green Building Council; Eng. Maryam Al Muhairi, CEO of Building Regulatory and Licensing Agency, Dubai Municipality; Dr. Antonio Nanni, president of the American Concrete Institute. One of the opening sessions will feature Eng. Abdulrahman Alkholy, Senior Principal Engineer – Project Planning and Design Department at the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, who will present key achievements related to the ministry’s digital transformation journey. This year, the event also offers a new feature, Big 5 Impact Trail, which aims to make a positive impact by supporting participating companies in their efforts to promote green building products and solutions.
