Airbnb has a new software partner.
Walkwaymaintenance and cleaning management platform for short-term rentals, announces its association with the short-term rental giant to leverage multiple data connections and provide operational insights and automation to Airbnb hosts once integrated.
Jeremy Gall, CEO and Founder of Breezeway, said in his announcement that the company is excited to become a new Airbnb software partner.

With the Airbnb partnership, Breezeway aims to make it easier for hosts to prepare for, connect with, and serve guests.
The idea is that Breezeway will automate workflow to reduce levels of error in overseeing cleaning, quality assurance, replenishment of supplies, maintenance and property security.
Breezeway will also be able to connect hosts to Airbnb guest reviews using Airbnb’s Reviews API to provide additional process information, including property tasks – such as cleaning – to enable hosts better determine what is working well and what needs improvement.
Hosts will have access to a fully integrated Airbnb-Breezeway messaging system that will allow them to respond to Airbnb threads on the Breezeway platform. With it, hosts can answer guest questions, notify guests when homes are ready for check-in, update service requests, and more.
