As summer sadly comes to an end, why not mix up a few drinks to prepare for fall?
There is nothing better than enjoying the last sunny days with a sweet Daiquiri in hand or drinking Margaritas during a dinner with friends or family. Whatever the occasion, these classics have you covered.

Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Dos Maderas 5+3 rum
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce (2:1) Rich cane syrup
Preparation: Prepare your rich cane syrup by dissolving 2 parts sugar in 1 part boiling water. Let cool. Cut a lime in half and juice your limes. Cool a cut. Add all the ingredients to your shaker. Fill the shaker with crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice, using a fine mesh strainer to remove excess pulp and ice shards, into your chilled glass. Garnish: Lime wheel (optional).

Mai Thai
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Dos Maderas 5+3 rum
- 1/2 ounce Dos Maderas Selección rum
- 1/2 oz dry Curaçao like Pierre Ferrand
- 1/2 ounce demerara syrup (1:1)*
- 1/4 ounce barley syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
Preparation: *Demerara syrup by dissolving 1 part Demerara sugar in 1 part boiling water. Let cool. Chill a Double-Rocks or Highball glass. Cut a lime in half and juice your limes. Add all the ingredients to your shaker. Fill the shaker with crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice, using a fine mesh strainer to remove excess pulp and ice shards, into your chilled glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir and chill with more crushed ice. Garnish: fresh mint, lime slice, orange zest, edible orchid.

B&B Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Bribón Blanco tequila
- 1 1/2 oz Bauchant orange liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
Preparation: Rim a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip in salt (optional), set aside. Place all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the contents into the rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

California 75
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with California Orange Citrus
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces of prosecco
Preparation: Add Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with California Orange Citrus, lemon juice and simple syrup to a champagne flute. Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with orange zest.
