The democratization of fashion means that a new designer launches clothes every few minutes – and it becomes increasingly difficult to sort guts from treasures. Let me give you a hand with this. These are three trending brands that I have on my radar and they are truly killing it.
AZ Factory
In the last months of his life, Alber Elbaz launched AZ Factory, described as “beautiful solutions-driven fashion that works for literally everyone.” Rooted in the highest craftsmanship, the aim was to rewrite the rules of fashion, making designer clothing not only more affordable but also more accessible to women in a range of different sizes. While always being attentive to environmental responsibility. The Amigo concept, launched earlier this year, invites lesser-known names sharing the AZF philosophy to create collections under the AZ Factory banner. Because my personal style is evolving towards a more daring look, I am becoming more and more interested pieces that harmoniously combine traditional and avant-garde know-how applications and technologies. Fairy Christmas
Brooklyn-based women’s clothing brand Fairy Christmas was founded by Felisha “Fe” Noel and is deeply influenced by her Caribbean heritage. An avid traveler, lover of bright colors, and penchant for bold prints, Fe entered the industry at age 19 by opening a brick-and-mortar store for vintage lovers in Brooklyn. Paris West
Finally, I discovered this trendy brand last year in Paris and I love how cool and creative the brand is! A perfect cocktail of streetwear, raw denim, skate-inspired pieces, workwear details and volumes. Ami’s designer, Arthur Robert, was inspired by the success of this line to take the plunge and create his own brand. One of its current bestsellers is these unexpected jeans adorned with a wraparound front apron that I own and that I love (available for sale in dark beige)!
